Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@quotesontotes.com. Please include in your email your reason for return and attach your proof of purchase

We aim to reply within 24 hrs. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label via your order email address, all returns must be posted with 14 days of receiving the postage label.

The standard delivery charge will be refunded. If express delivery was purchased at the time of order only the standard postage rate will be refunded. Refunds will not be processed until the items have been received and inspected.

 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, will only be refunded if the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. In the case of any personalized items, customers are asked at the time of ordering to check the details requested before payment as items will be printed exactly as input by the customer. These will be clearly marked on the item description.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the refund is approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please ensure to request any returns or refunds via the email that was used to purchase.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@quotesontotes.com..We want to try our very best to make you happy...but remember who we are......any sass will be also be returned in full.
