Shipping policy

All are items are made and shipped from USA or UK. Shipping is a flat rate on all orders $1-$74.99, all orders of $75 (£50 GBP) and above are automatically Free Delivery to Mainland USA and Canada. All International orders will be charged the flat rate regardless of order value. 

All items are made to order to reduce stock and costs, production time is 3-5 days in low demand times and 5-7 days in times of high demand such as December and Mothers Day. The items will be shipped straight after production.

UK standard delivery is my Royal Mail First Class small parcel service or 48hr Royal Mail 

 USA delivery times will be standard 2-5 days. We do not offer expedited shipping on items as they are made to order so please, if ordering for a specific date/occasion give enough time for production and shipping. Quotes on Totes will not accept returns if an item arrives within the stated time window but is 'too late' for the customers needed date.

Items delivered to Canada will be sent via DHL DDP. This means all taxes required for Canadian imports will be included in the final price and no extra duties are paid by the customer.
